Weekend Distraction 05.29.20

Happy Friday friends! It’s been one heck of a warm week and I’ve been soaking in as much sun as I can during my 20 minute morning runs before work. I’m trying to get back on the Couch to 5K program and it’s been tough. I’m not going to lie, running is my least favourite exercise. I like my machines and really miss the elliptical but with all the gyms closed, running is the last good way to get my cardio in so I’ve been really pushing myself every morning.

This weekend’s plans are to catch up on readings. I’ll admit that I haven’t picked up a single book this week because we’ve been binge watching the entire Fast & Furious series almost every evening, so this weekend will be dedicated to reading & some form of cleaning!

Let me know what you guys are up to this weekend šŸ™‚

As much as we’re trying to stay healthy during quarantine, it’s not been easy. So I’ve found this salad recipe that I’ll be making today and this other salad recipe that I can’t wait to try next week!
