- .5 oz chocolate liqueur
- House made raspberry coulis
- Garnish: truffle with an almond inside
THE CARBON BAR {Ma Cherie}
- .5 oz Woodford Reserve
- .5 oz Cherry Heering
- .5 oz Lemon Juice
- .75 oz Simple Syrup
- .25 oz Cherry Syrup
Shake all ingredients. Fine strain in flute. Top with 4 oz Mumm Napa Sparkling Wine. Cherry and Lemon zest as garnish.
